About the Bowl Inn, Hastingleigh
The Bowl Inn is a traditional village Inn, serving locally sourced real ales and good honest pub food. We have two seperate bar areas with 3 real fires for the winter months. Food is served from a heated, under-cover marquee area just outside at the back of the pub.
Our large garden is beautifully maintained with plenty of tables for those summer days and evenings. Parasols are also available.
Hastingleigh itself is a small village situated high above the Wye Downs, in the triangle between Canterbury, Ashford and Folkestone.
Once there you can't miss us - and neither woukld you want to!.

Wednesday: 5-11 pm (summer months only)
Thursday: 5-11pm / Fish & Chips served 5-9pm
Friday: 5-11pm / Burgers served 5-9pm
Saturday: 12-11pm / Sandwiches served Lunchtime / Pizzas 5-9pm
Sunday: 12-11pm / Sandwiches served Lunchtime.
What's at the bar?
Beers & Ciders
We typically serve 3 Real Ales: Harveys Sussex is a staple, plus 2 Kent guest ales which vary from week to week. Popular breweries we represent include Canterbury Ales, Hop Fuzz, Romney Marsh, Wantsum, Dockers and Gadds. We also serve Moretti and Neck Oil along with Krombacher Pilsener and 2 Kent Ciders from the pump. In the fridge we stock a range of bottled ales including Romney, Stouts and Lagers along with several Zero options and Soft Drinks.
Wines
We stock a small but perfectly selected selection of Red, White & Rosé wines from various countries
Spirits
We have a range of spirits including Vodkas, Gins, Tequila, Whiskeys, Rums, Brandy, Liquers and Vermouth.
Cocktails
Although not a cocktail bar, we are always happy to put one together for you if we can!
Bar Snacks
A full range of locally sourced Crisps, Nobby's Nuts, Scratchings & Scampi Fries are available along with our own Pickled Eggs, Spicy Nuts and more.
